GENERAL GUIDELINES

MisterClick refurbished phones are fully tested to the highest standards and quality Assurance and we ensure the device is functioning properly with our 72-point quality check.

Misterclick operates a fair returns policy, this allows customers who have a faulty item to have the item returned to us for repair, replacement or in some cases a refund.

If your device is faulty within the warranty period, you will have the right to have the item returned for repair.

Your return must be authorised by our customer service team, this will require the customer sending an email to support@misterclick.com.au and identify the reason for return. After the return has been agreed you will be advised on how to return the item to us.

All warranties commence from the date of the receipt and must be accompanied by the receipt or an equivalent proof of purchase such as a bank/credit card statement at time of claim.

In the case of returned phones, all phones must be returned in their original condition without any passcode locks or iCloud lock or any other locks. The Warranty Claim Cannot be process for locked phones.

MisterClick will assure you to assess all warranty claims quickly. The process time for warranty claims may take up to seven business days on some occasions.

 

WHAT IS COVERED?

Misterclick Warranty now provides a comprehensive 12 Months Warranty for added peace of mind.. which covers any defects or faults accordance with Australian Consumer Laws.

All devices purchased on Misterclick come with our 12 Months months warranty from the date of purchase to cover you in case of any hardware malfunctions or defects.

With our 72-Point Check, Battery performance is guaranteed to ensure that your device is still in its peak performance of at least 80% battery health.

Our technicians must be able to verify the reported fault with the device. If we cannot verify the fault the device will be returned to the customer.

 

WHAT IS  NOT COVERED?

Faults or damage that may arise due to normal wear and tear - e.g. scratches to touchscreen

Warranty void if the phone has been dropped, physical damage, misused or liquid damaged.

Warranty void for Repair, modification on the device that is not carried out by our Store or Technicians.

Warranty excludes software, third party apps, software upgrades, viruses, malware, or software modifications.

Screen burn that has developed over the time of ownership.

The devices battery will not be considered defective unless it fails to deliver 80% or less of its quoted capacity.

We cannot warranty general battery degrade that occurs naturally.

In the case of warranty returns, all phones must be returned in their original condition without any passcode locks or iCloud/Samsung/Google lock or any other locks. The Warranty Claim Cannot be process for locked phones.

We highly advised to back up your device and perform factory data reset before sending it back to us as Misterclick does not take any responsibility for any kind of data loss/corruption stored on the device.
