We deliver all our orders to you via the Australia Post Express Service. When you spend $100 or more at Misterclick, we will express post your order to you free!.

Shipping times are based on Australia Post schedules. When you place an order and the payment has been approved, your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible. (Generally takes 1-2 business days) After your parcel is dispatched, you will be notified via email with your tracking number. This tracking number will be emailed to you and can be used on the Australia Post website to see how your delivery has progressed. To track items sent with Australia Post go to: www.auspost.com.au.

No, all Misterclick phones are Refurbished and have been previously activated. All our phones are 100% unlocked to worldwide network and have been manually and software tested to ensure they are in perfect working order.

Yes. All misterclick phones are sold with a 12 Months Warranty.

No, all online orders will be processed in our warehouse and shipped to customers, If you want to inspect the phone in our stores you need to come to our store and you can pay via Card or Cash in store.
