Returns & Refund Policy

You can have peace of mind that all of our refurbished devices are supported by a 12 Months Warranty. This warranty is provided Misterclick Pty Ltd.

Even though all our products are checked with strict quality controls , sometimes there can be occasional issues that may arise with the products and you are entitled to have the devices repaired or replaced if the devices appeared to be faulty.

In case of any warranty claim ,your return must be authorised by our customer service team, this will require the customer sending an email to support@misterclick.com.au and identify the reason for return. After the return has been agreed you will be advised on how to return the item to us.

If your return is approved, we will organise a free return for you to send the device back to us. Once received we aim to process all returns claims within 5-7 business days.

If for any reason we are unable to repair the device we will provide you with a replacement. However, on some occasions if a replacement is not available, we will offer you a full refund.

 Mister Click will not accept the returns for Change of mind.

  • Mister Click will not accept the returns for Incorrect purchases.
  • All phones must be returned in their original condition without any passcode locks or iCloud/Samsung lock or any other locks. The Warranty Claim Cannot be process for locked phones.
  • Products returned with any locks will not be repaired or refunded until it is removed.
  • We highly advised to back up your device and perform factory data reset before sending it back to us as Misterclick does not take any responsibility for any kind of data loss/corruption stored on the device.
  • In all cases where the product is returned , we would always need to assess and confirm the issue.
  • Any product that is returned must have the original packaging and accessories, including the accessories ,cables, and all other products originally included with the product. If the product doesn’t come with included accessories and original packaging, $30 will be deducted from the refund.
  • When we receive your device, it will be inspected and the issue will be diagnosed. If the problem isn't covered by the warranty, or if the warranty has been voided, we will return the item to you.
  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Once your refund has been accepted, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.
  • We will organise the return to cover the cost of the return shipping. It is advised to package the return carefully and to add tracking to the parcel.
  • After you have received our free reply-paid address, you can take it to any Post office in Australia to mail back to us. any additional insurance is your responsibility, if your parcel gets lost during transit, we will not take any responsibility.
  • Package your return and use the original box that your item arrived with-just make sure your item is protected with plenty of bubble wrap to ensure it is not damaged in transit.
  • We are only responsible for your device once it reaches our office.
  • If your device return claim is rejected, we will return the device to you and you need to pay $14.95 for the return postage fee.
  • Misterclick have the rights to make any changes to this policy by time to time. Past purchases will not be affected by our change to this policy.
