Shipping Information

We deliver all our orders to you via the Australia Post Express Service. When you spend $100 or more at Misterclick, we will express post your order to you free!

When your order is less than $100, we will express post your order for a flat rate of $14.95. All products are dispatched from our Melbourne Warehouse .

When you place an order and the payment has been approved, your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible. (Generally takes 1-2 business days)

After your parcel is dispatched, you will be notified via email with your tracking number. This tracking number will be emailed to you and can be used on the Australia Post website to see how your delivery has progressed. To track items sent with Australia Post go to: www.auspost.com.au.

Items are sent to the stated delivery address provided by the customer on the online order form.

(We do not deliver items to PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations)

If you’re not home to accept delivery when Australia Post is delivering the item, they'll take it to the nearest Post Office, and leave a note in your letterbox. You'll need to provide proof of ID when collecting the parcel from the Post Office.

On Some occasions, deliveries may be delayed once they're in the delivery network due to circumstances beyond our control.
