No. Account locks must be removed before we can purchase the device. Please remove Find My iPhone, iCloud, Google or Samsung account locks and bring the phone unlocked and erased.

Sellers must be 18 years or older and provide two forms of identification. This includes a driver licence and a secondary form of ID such as a Medicare card or passport. Additional verification may be requested where required.
Do I need proof of purchase?
Proof of purchase may be required for newer or higher-value phones. Mister Click may also perform ownership, IMEI and device-status checks before completing a purchase.
Is the quote I receive before visiting guaranteed?
No. Any value provided before inspection is an estimate only. Your final purchase offer is confirmed after we physically inspect and test the device.
Is there a fee for the phone inspection?
No. There is no assessment fee when your phone is inspected as part of our buyback service.
How do I get paid?
