Misterclick operates a fair returns policy, this allows customers who have a faulty item to have the item returned to us for repair, replacement or in some cases a refund.
If your device is faulty within the warranty period, you will have the right to have the item returned for repair.
Your return must be authorised by our customer service team, this will require the customer sending an email to support@misterclick.com.au and identify the reason for return. After the return has been agreed you will be advised on how to return the item to us.
All warranties commence from the date of the receipt and must be accompanied by the receipt or an equivalent proof of purchase such as a bank/credit card statement at time of claim.
In the case of returned phones, all phones must be returned in their original condition without any passcode locks or iCloud lock or any other locks. The Warranty Claim Cannot be process for locked phones.
MisterClick will assure you to assess all warranty claims quickly. The process time for warranty claims may take up to seven business days on some occasions.

Mister Click offers a comprehensive 12-month back-to-base hardware warranty on all devices purchased through our platform. This warranty covers defects and faults in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, ensuring that you are protected against any hardware malfunctions or manufacturing defects that may arise within the warranty period.
This warranty includes a 72-Point Check to guarantee that the battery performance meets our high standards, with a minimum requirement of 80% battery health. Should the battery fail within the warranty period, Mister Click will replace it. Please note that, due to availability constraints, the replacement battery may not be original but will meet or exceed the necessary functional standards.

In the event of a warranty return, all devices must be returned in their original condition. This includes being free from any passcode locks, iCloud locks, Samsung locks, Google locks, or any other security measures. Warranty claims cannot be processed for locked devices.
We strongly recommend that you back up your device and perform a factory data reset before sending it back to us. Mister Click does not assume any responsibility for data loss or corruption that may occur during the return process.
