MISTERCLICK MAIL IN REPAIRS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please Read These Term And Conditions Carefully. By submitting your Mail In Repair Form, you Agree to accept these terms and conditions. If you disagree with these terms, your request will not be accepted.

  • You Authorise Misterclick Pty Ltd to perform a repair on your device. I consent to absolve, protect, and exempt Misterclick Pty Ltd from any claims or damages that may arise due to the repair work conducted on my device, unless it is caused by severe negligence on their behalf .
  • Before sending your device for repairs to Misterclick Phone Repairs, it's essential to back up your data, such as photos and contacts, or remove important information from your phone. Misterclick Pty Ltd cannot guarantee that your device will be repaired without potential loss of programs or data, nor can they assure the confidentiality of any data on your device. You have the option to back up your device using services like iCloud or Google One.
  • If You Cannot Back up your device ( Screen is Dead, Touch Not working , Phone doesn’t Power ON you can still Send the Device for repair and after we receive your device our technicians will contact you and request the Pin Code of your device to the Post repair testing to be sure everything is working on your device before Sending it back to you.
  • If a device is presented as DOA (Dead On Arrival - exhibiting issues such as no display, drained battery, failure to power on, or a significant fault), a complete test cannot be conducted until repairs are finalised. Misterclick Pty Ltd holds no responsibility if any aspect of the device exhibits partial or complete malfunction post-repair. This implies that if your device fails to power on when it arrives at our facility. ( Example : you will send a device for screen replacement and after the repair we found out that your front camera is not working. We will not be liable for the extra damage and customer needs to pay the extra amount if they agree to repair the other fault. The same policy applies to anything we could not fully test at the time of receiving the device such as customer had not supplied their pin code or has supplied incorrect details).
  • You confirm that the device submitted for repair is rightfully yours and not stolen property. You take full responsibility for the device's history. If the device is determined to be stolen, You acknowledge that it may not be returned to you.
  • It is essential for the customer to verify the accuracy of the device model entered in the online form. In the event of selecting an incorrect device model and subsequently deciding not to proceed with the repair after we receive the device, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
  • Misterclick is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. We recommend insuring your parcel with Australia Post.
  • Opening a device might result in the VOIDING of the Manufacturer’s Warranty. By submitting your device, you acknowledge that Misterclick Pty Ltd could potentially break a Warranty seal during the opening process. It is incumbent upon the customer to ascertain whether the device is presently covered by any form of warranty , Misterclick Pty Ltd bear no responsibility or guarantee should manufacturer warranties become void; however, we provide Our own 3 Months warranty for the parts and/or services conducted.
  • We provide 3 Months Warranty to All Repairs; The Replacement part will be covered under warranty. Warranty void if the phone has been dropped, physical damage, misused or liquid damaged. Warranty void for Repair, modification on the device that is not carried out by our Store or Technicians. Warranty excludes software, third party apps, software upgrades, viruses, malware, or software modifications. All warranties commence from the date of the receipt and must be accompanied by the receipt or an equivalent proof of purchase such as a bank/credit card statement at time of claim.

 

(NOTE) Mobile Phone Repairs No Longer Water-Resistant compared to factory Etc Apple, Samsung, Google, and Other Brands.

 

  • Misterclick Pty Ltd will assure you to assess all warranty claims quickly. The process time for warranty claims may take up to Five business days on some occasions, Upon receiving the device we will check the warranty claim and if we found out that your device is covered under our warranty policy we will repair your device and reimburse you the postage fee for sending out the device  And return it free of charge.
  • On rare occasions when we need to provide a full refund we will send the refund back on the same method that it was originally paid. ( We cannot to refund to a different account )
  • Misterclick Pty Ltd will carry out the agreed-upon device repair as outlined above., the full invoiced amount is required upon completion of repairs. Payment must be settled prior to device return.
  • The repair duration may fluctuate if parts need to be sourced. Delays in postage beyond our control might impede job completion. If we Need extra time to repair your job we will contact and notify you.
  • Upon successful repair, an email invoice with Internet Banking payment instructions will be forwarded to you. Items will be dispatched promptly upon payment confirmation. The release of your device(s) from the store is contingent upon full payment receipt. In instances of bank reversal or payment issues, you will typically be required to promptly settle the full amount along with any associated fees to Misterclick Pty Ltd.
